Azul Partner Nissho Electronics Corporation Demonstrates Power of Network Attached Processing

MOUNTAIN VIEW, California – June 28, 2005– Azul Systems™ Inc. , the pioneers of the industry's first network attached processing solution designed to unbound compute resources for Java™- and J2EE™-based applications, today announced that its Azul™ Compute Appliance won Best of Show at Interop Tokyo 2005, held June 8-10, 2005 in Japan. The Azul Compute Appliance won in the Appliance Products category. Azul partner Nissho Electronics Corporation, one of more than 300 companies attending Interop Tokyo 2005, demonstrated the power of the Azul Compute Appliance, which allows existing enterprise Java applications to tap into a massive shared pool of compute resources, without modifying the application or existing infrastructure. The “Best of Show Award” is conferred based on a review by a panel of IT industry experts as well as votes from show attendees.
